Experience selling to operational or technical stakeholders in manufacturing, logistics, energy, or healthcare. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Consultative approach to discovery and solutioning. Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Experience selling to companies in the Central US region preferred. Background in automation, RPA, AI, or digital transformation technologies preferred. Experience working at a fast-growing startup preferred. Familiarity with procurement cycles and buying behaviors in industrial or regulated industries preferred.
