Requirements:
5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience. Experience in SaaS, automation, or enterprise platforms preferred. Proven track record in territory ownership and new business development. Experience selling to operational or technical stakeholders in manufacturing, logistics, energy, or healthcare. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Consultative approach to discovery and solutioning. Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Experience selling to companies in the Central US region preferred. Background in automation, RPA, AI, or digital transformation technologies preferred. Experience working at a fast-growing startup preferred. Familiarity with procurement cycles and buying behaviors in industrial or regulated industries preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own and develop the Central US region with a strategic plan. Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise accounts. Build pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, events, and channels. Lead discovery and consultative selling with senior decision-makers. Map customer business processes to automation use cases. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals. Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and POCs. Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Success teams. Stay informed on automation, AI, and digital transformation trends. Provide field insights to GTM and product teams. Consistently hit and exceed sales quota. Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting.
