Requirements

  • Track record scaling ARR from tens to hundreds of millions.
  • 8+ years post sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience growing customer bases from hundreds to thousands.
  • Proven success monetizing post sales functions and creating new revenue streams.
  • Strong background implementing change management at scale.
  • Experience leading multiple post sales functions (CS, training, solutions, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Transform post-sales motion into a repeatable, scalable engine for customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Unify and lead a team of over 40 professionals across Customer Success, TRM Academy, Law Enforcement Relations, and Global Investigations.
  • Design and implement premium service tiers and monetization strategies for training, support, and professional services.
  • Build scalable infrastructure to support growth to thousands of customers globally.
  • Create clear career pathways and growth opportunities across all post-sales functions.
