Senior/Staff Product Designer

5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio Senior-level experience with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives Experience working on consumer-facing products with significant user impact Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.) Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions In-house product experience required; agency experience is a plus Conversational AI experience is a plus

Drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences with pixel-perfect execution Champion design excellence by treating product as an extension of our brand Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders Provide senior-level ownership with the autonomy to drive major product initiatives Provide strategic leadership within the design organization, helping to shape team culture and design standards
