Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Digital PR, ideally in an agency environment. Track record of executing successful campaigns that drive coverage and high-quality backlinks. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality PR campaigns with measurable SEO and branding impact. Experience working with internal and client stakeholders from concept to execution. Good understanding of the US and/or UK media landscape. Active network of journalist and influencer contacts. Ability to research and engage with journalists. Comfortable owning the end-to-end outreach process. Ability to refine messaging based on journalist feedback. Ability to clearly articulate ideas and campaign outcomes. Excellent communication skills and executive presence in client-facing roles. Detail-oriented and organized, balancing multiple campaigns. Adaptable and action-oriented. Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments. Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals. Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals is a bonus. Not an asshole; friendly, eager to take ownership, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
Lead execution of digital PR campaigns across US, UK, and international markets. Develop digital PR campaigns to secure high-quality placements and brand mentions. Create outreach strategies, media lists, and editorial calendars. Pitch journalists, editors, and bloggers for media coverage and backlinks. Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers on campaign assets. Monitor response rates and optimize outreach. Align digital PR campaigns with client growth goals. Coordinate with editorial for content asset development. Refine messaging and angles with the outreach team. Support international campaigns with external partners. Present digital PR ideas and report campaign outcomes to clients. Respond to client requests on PR timelines and deliverables. Track and report on campaign performance metrics. Use tools like BuzzStream, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics for insights. Identify process or skill gaps impacting campaign delivery. Contribute to developing internal SOPs, templates, and tools. Support hiring, onboarding, and training as the team expands.
