Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of sales experience, specifically in developing and executing territory sales strategies. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written). Strong presentation skills. Proven analytical/problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-growth environment. Willingness to travel across the United States as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to maintain and grow referral sources. Seek new referral sources and manage existing accounts. Identify market trends and ensure company presence with MCOs, agencies, and states. Prepare and facilitate payer meetings, including business reviews and audits. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues. Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding program operations. Identify leads and manage prospects to increase new business production.
