Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management or related field preferred 10+ years of B2B IT network and data center hardware and associated services sales experience Proven track record of growing customer base and sales volume Skilled in solution-based selling Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle Ability to propose, present and discuss solutions with C-level and decision makers Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve sales goals Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, deadlines, and follow-up Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
