Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within financial services or capital equipment financing (Or 5+ years with an advance degree). Strong project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing digital platforms and resources is a plus. English language at professional, business level.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at gross margin improvement and operational excellence. Manage the deployment of training modules across different organizational units and regions. Develop and implement financing strategies for Medtronic's capital equipment sales. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to manage and execute the operating agenda. Drive initiatives related to separate Profit and Loss (P&L) management and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking. Provide guidance and support to a small, dedicated team.
