Senior Software Engineer, CI/CD & Developer Tooling

Strong experience in building and maintaining reliable and highly available systems. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS). Experience running containerized applications (e.g., Kubernetes). Experience with modern CI/CD platforms (e.g., Github Actions, Gitlab CI). Prior experience leading complex projects affecting multiple teams. Proficiency with Linux/Unix tools and ecosystem. Enthusiasm for Infrastructure-as-Code principles. Experience in coding beyond scripting (Elixir/Ruby/Go is a plus). Proactive approach to taking initiative on projects. Comfort with engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating different opinions. Ability to dive deep into problems and form opinions. Comfort talking to engineers, curiosity about their problems, empathy, and desire to help.

Contribute to the architecture and migration of the CI/CD platform. Design and implement solutions for breaking down the current monolith. Design or contribute to designing public-facing APIs for developer tools. Design and deliver standardized, automated solutions to improve engineering efficiency. Analyze developer productivity and satisfaction to guide the roadmap.
