Provide strategic legal counseling with business acumen. Stay current with industry regulations and update company policies. Navigate and negotiate complex commercial, healthcare, and vendor agreements. Develop and implement an effective Compliance Program. Develop and implement policies for business and compliance. Develop and execute Compliance Training for employees. Support HR and employment matters. Manage external counsel budgets and relationships.
