German Speaking - Content Moderation in Malta - Fully Paid Relocation

Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities. Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities. Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential. Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of user-generated content to ensure adherence to community standards. Identify and appropriately escalate instances of inappropriate content or violations. Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and contribute to analytical reporting efforts. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes and practices. Remain informed about industry trends and updates relating to content moderation policies.
