Requirements
- Passion for being in contact with clients (phone and email).
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) in English, French (native level) & Chinese (a big plus).
- Passion for China and travel experience in the country.
- Good understanding of how to sell a travel product.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under stress.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese is a big plus.
- Experience in tourism industry, especially tour-operator.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Software skills.
Responsibilities
- Offer advice to customers before and after the trip (by phone and e-mail).
- Provide a unique sales experience by phone and email.
- Negotiate services and prices with local service providers.
- Responsible for the presentation of travel products on the website.
- Work on content in French for the website, creating new material or translating existing texts.
- Coordinate reservations with the flight department and local service providers.
- Develop new products for China Tours from scratch.
