Requirements:
Track record of selling UI interfaces/libraries and related technologies for front-end development, or API and other Developer products. History of success in upselling, cross-selling, increasing total contract values, and renewal rates. Ability to manage mid-market and enterprise sales cycles. Consult and advise MUI's customers. Self-starter, motivated, and able to work autonomously. Comfortable working alone and with activities that may extend outside the job description. Startup, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating mindset is essential. Ambition to further learn and progress in their career. Open to communication and interested in taking on further responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Engage in the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, closing deals, and managing client relationships. Focus on selling developer licenses for advanced UI components. Collaborate with leadership to define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy. Lead the charge in building the sales team, including defining roles, hiring, and coaching. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes. Develop accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators. Stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
