Host strategy meetings with hiring teams. Partner with cross-functional TA teams (Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, Compensation). Attract top industry talent and act as a Visa culture ambassador. Source and screen applicants, manage candidate dispositioning and requisition maintenance. Ensure a seamless candidate experience through continuous interaction. Drive best-in-class recruitment processes to achieve staffing metrics (Time to Fill, Time to Start). Administer and execute candidate onboarding process. Serve as program site lead for Internship Program and New Hire Development, including event management and vendor identification. Participate in special projects (social media strategies, data management, branding).
