Staff Engineer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering 5-8 years experience in backend development with Java, Python, or Go in production environments Proven experience scaling compute-intensive applications that process large volumes of data Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and system design Experience optimizing backend systems that support dynamic frontend data manipulation interfaces Proficiency with database technologies including Redis, PostgreSQL, and distributed data systems Experience building or maintaining extensive API integration frameworks is highly desirable Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and deployment automation Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
