Staff Engineer

7+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying large, scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures Proven ability to lead the design and architecture of complex systems Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams Strong capability to work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders Strong understanding of relational databases, including query optimization and data modeling principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly independent and curious Expertise in at least one framework, such as TypeScript, Next.js, Nest, or React Hands-on experience with .NET and C# Practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, including containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Experience in developing infrastructure as code Ability to work on-call rotation as incident escalation SME on weekend and holiday hours

Lead the design and architecture of complex systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams Write, review, and maintain code in various languages and frameworks Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks Identify and resolve complex technical issues Advocate for and implement continuous improvement processes Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure Actively participate in Agile development processes Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
