Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken). 1+ year in sales, business development, or a fast-paced sales environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) & MS Office Suite. Proactive mindset and a "can-do" attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Understanding of sales metrics & outbound prospecting strategies (BANT, cold calling) (preferred). Experience with social media and marketing strategies (a plus).
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities. Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries. Execute targeted email campaigns. Develop connections with decision-makers at enterprise and mid-market companies. Research industry trends and customer pain points. Collaborate on campaigns and manage CRM updates. Assist at events and conferences. Meet monthly quotas and drive pipeline growth.
