Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred Demonstrable experience managing SEM, programmatic media, social media and/or display advertising Google Certified Two (2) Year’s experience in recruitment media or recruitment marketing Demonstrated knowledge of marketing ecosystems, media performance dynamics, and cost models Fundamental understanding of various industry technologies Proven expertise managing detailed projects and activities across multiple clients Strong relationship management, presentation, and time management skills Ability to analyze data and results to optimize campaign performance Flexibility to adapt to change
