Serve as Paid Search Lead on large agency accounts, delivering strategy and hands-on optimizations. Own Paid Search strategy for multiple accounts. Present Paid Search strategy, performance, and tactical priorities to client stakeholders. Partner with cross-channel leads on holistic media plans, including forecasting, budgets, testing, and reporting. Define roles & responsibilities for client Paid Search teams and delegate work. Drive Paid Search strategy, innovation, and testing while improving performance. Manage teams in SEM skills, multi-channel digital marketing strategy, and client management. Deliver feedback, performance reviews, support, and recognition to team members. Serve as a senior sponsor on team accounts, developing senior client relationships. Work closely with Google, Bing, and other vendor partners on client strategy. Contribute to department trainings, POVs, award submissions, and case studies. Participate in new business pitches and conduct audits. Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals. Develop a detailed understanding of clients’ products, industry, marketing goals, and objectives. Analyze performance data and KPIs.
