Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced HR/Recruiting support role. Strong working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, USCIS regulations, FCRA, HIPPA, and OSHA regulations. Solid understanding of Form I-9 procedures and E-Verify process. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, email, internet). Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience preferred. Strong HRIS/ATS experience required (preferably UKG/UltiPro). High School diploma or equivalency certificate. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
