Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced HR/Recruiting support role Strong working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, USCIS, FCRA, HIPPA, and OSHA regulations Solid understanding of Form I-9 procedures and E-Verify process Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, email, internet) Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience Strong HRIS/ATS experience (preferably UKG/UltiPro) Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English

Administer FPI Careers email inbox Create New Opportunity Requests in UKG Recruiting Generate recruiting reports and metrics Process Employee Referral Bonus and Sign-On Bonus programs Provide ATS platform system administration support Manage Offer Letter and Pre-Employment Screening processes Facilitate New Hire Onboarding Complete Electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify Processes Provide general administrative support for recruiting functions Coordinate and lead process/customer service improvements
