Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced HR/Recruiting support role Strong working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, USCIS, FCRA, HIPPA, and OSHA regulations Solid understanding of Form I-9 procedures and E-Verify process Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, email, internet) Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience Strong HRIS/ATS experience (preferably UKG/UltiPro) Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
