Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities. Ability to explain complex issues clearly. Great at multi-tasking. Team player. Organized, self-sufficient, and a go-getter. Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus. 1-2 years experience in Customer Support, Communications/PR, or social-oriented role.
