Requirements:
Experience working in a wellness business (e.g., yoga, pilates studio) using industry software. Previous experience in a role requiring impeccable written communications (social, email). Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities. Ability to explain complex issues clearly. Great at multi-tasking. Team player. Organized, self-sufficient, and a go-getter. Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus. 1-2 years experience in Customer Support, Communications/PR, or social-oriented role.
Responsibilities:
Support partners by answering questions via chat or email. Provide support via Zoom calls. Guide new partners and assist with migrations. Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly. Advocate for partners internally. Report customer insights and feedback.
