Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in digital product sales, commercial strategy, or general management. Proven track record of owning and delivering against P&L responsibilities. Experience designing and scaling go-to-market models for digital solutions. Demonstrated success leading change and driving innovation in matrixed or global organizations. Strong understanding of financial management, sales operations, marketing, delivery, and organizational design. Comfortable presenting to and influencing Board-level stakeholders. Exposure to cross-functional environments with deep collaboration. Familiarity with digital product development cycles and customer success frameworks. Experience in high-growth, transformation-oriented business environments.
