Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and social platforms. Guide clients from first contact through to booking confirmation. Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer requirements and provide tailored accommodation recommendations. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs. Track and update leads in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups. Collaborate with Operations, CX, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
