Degree in Business Administration, Media, Business Informatics, or similar. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Online Marketing, Media, or IT. Knowledge of current data protection regulations and their implications. Knowledge in Product Ownership or (Agile) Project Management. Fluent German and English. Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, Online Marketing Tracking, and data/ID landscape is advantageous. Experience with AdTech, MarTech, and data management solutions. Knowledge of Javascript/HTML, data modeling. Analytical, conceptual, and methodical thinking. Quick comprehension and solution-oriented approach. Independent, flexible, and results-oriented. Good understanding of Online Marketing & eCommerce. Interest in new technical and professional topics. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly. Team player with strong communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management and requirement prioritization. Experience in analyzing marketing and customer data (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
