Requirements:
Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, DAX, data models). Strong SQL skills for querying and joining data. Experience with Salesforce reporting and campaign hierarchy. Experience with HubSpot reporting and dashboards. Familiarity with APIs and data connectors (Funnel.io, HubSpot API). Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event and conversion tracking. Knowledge of campaign tracking best practices (UTMs, tagging frameworks). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/365 for analysis. Ability to create executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint/365. Experience with channel and performance marketing reporting (SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Experience reconciling multi-system data (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5+ years of direct marketing analytics / BI experience. Proven track record building executive-level reporting in Power BI. Demonstrated success building reporting in complex, cross-system environments.
Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly and quarterly Power BI dashboards for leadership and regional teams. Analyze and report on campaign, channel, and funnel performance. Identify and recommend solutions for attribution data gaps. Partner with campaign managers to define tracking requirements. Monitor data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce. Build, maintain, and iterate Power BI dashboards. Write SQL queries to join data sources. Manage data connectors and support transitions. Ensure smooth data pipelines across marketing, CRM, and eCommerce systems. Maintain and validate event/conversion tracking. Measure SEO rankings, campaign performance, social engagement, and channel ROI. Provide funnel visualizations and actionable recommendations. Train regional marketers on dashboard use. Collaborate with teams to align analytics insights with business needs. Translate data into compelling narratives.
