Requirements:
Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, DAX, data models). Strong SQL skills for querying and joining data. Experience with Salesforce reporting & campaign hierarchy. Experience with HubSpot reporting & dashboards. Familiarity with APIs and data connectors (Funnel.io, HubSpot API). Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event and conversion tracking. Knowledge of campaign tracking best practices (UTMs, tagging frameworks). Strong Microsoft Excel / 365 skills. Ability to create executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint / 365. Experience with channel & performance marketing reporting (SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Experience reconciling multi-system data (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5+ years of direct marketing analytics / BI experience. Proven track record building executive-level reporting in Power BI. Strong SQL skills and BI development experience. Demonstrated success building reporting in complex, cross-system environments. Solution-oriented and iterates on analytics solutions. Skilled data storyteller for executives and regional teams. Cross-functional partner comfortable working with various departments. Understands CRM data structures and attribution models. Experience supporting regional teams across multiple markets. Detail-oriented with understanding of campaign tracking impact on reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly and quarterly Power BI dashboards for Leadership, Board, and Regional teams. Analyze and report on campaign, channel, and funnel performance. Identify and recommend solutions for attribution data gaps or inconsistencies. Partner with campaign managers to define tracking requirements and ensure proper tagging. Monitor data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce. Build, maintain, and iterate Power BI dashboards; write SQL queries. Manage data connectors and support transitions to new systems. Maintain and validate event/conversion tracking in GA4 and HubSpot. Measure SEO rankings, campaign performance, social engagement, and channel ROI using relevant platforms. Provide funnel visualizations and recommendations to optimize spend. Train regional marketers on dashboard use. Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and ICT. Translate data into compelling narratives for executives and practitioners.
