Requirements:
Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, DAX, data models). Strong SQL skills for querying and joining data. Experience with Salesforce reporting & campaign hierarchy. Experience with HubSpot reporting & dashboards. Familiarity with APIs and data connectors (Funnel.io, HubSpot API). Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event and conversion tracking. Knowledge of campaign tracking best practices (UTMs, tagging frameworks). Strong Microsoft Excel / 365 skills for analysis and reporting. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint / 365 skills for executive presentations. Experience reconciling multi-system data (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or equivalent experience. Proven track record building executive-level reporting in Power BI. Demonstrated success building reporting in complex, cross-system environments.
Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly and quarterly Power BI dashboards for Leadership, Board, and Regional teams. Analyze and report on campaign, channel, and funnel performance. Identify attribution data gaps and recommend reporting solutions. Partner with campaign managers to define tracking requirements and ensure proper tagging. Monitor data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce. Build, maintain, and iterate Power BI dashboards; write SQL queries. Manage data connectors and support transition to Mulesoft. Ensure smooth data pipelines across marketing, CRM, and eCommerce systems. Maintain and validate event/conversion tracking in GA4 and HubSpot using GTM and UTM frameworks. Measure SEO rankings, campaign performance, social engagement, and channel ROI. Provide funnel visualizations and actionable recommendations to optimize spend. Train regional marketers on dashboard use and interpretation. Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and ICT to align analytics insights with business needs. Translate data into compelling narratives for executives and practitioners.
