  • Pinpoint the highest-impact levers across the client journey, craft a prioritized roadmap of high-conviction experiments, and align cross-functional teams to bring it to life.
  • Launch and optimize tests across key touchpoints (e.g., landing pages, candidate survey, sales flow, checkout) to increase conversion from start survey to net purchase.
  • Collaborate with Product to launch sticky features and growth loops that turn healing into a habit, driving exponential engagement, organic referrals, and lasting retention.
  • Partner with Design to craft beautiful assets and stories that elevate our brand, deepening emotional resonance, and turning clients into advocates
