Requirements:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree. Proven track record in field sales winning new business. Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage large, complex deal negotiations. Strong understanding of the financial services / acquiring space, including key players, competition, and trends. Proficient in CRM software. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively (25-50%). Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment. Strong technical skills to understand complex technological solutions and business issues. Demonstrated understanding of the payments ecosystem. Natural ability to understand and articulate complex concepts clearly. Confident speaker able to present and interact with executives and engineers.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities within the NA indirect partner segment. Manage and meet revenue and bookings targets (quotas). Develop a comprehensive understanding of Visa's solutions and their application within partner verticals. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at high-potential partners. Ensure high client/prospect satisfaction through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Partner with Generalist Sales teams to prepare proposals and presentations. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Indirect partner segment. Structure, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring client needs are met. Update sales activities in Microsoft Dynamics, providing market trend insights. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Client Services, Finance, Technology) for client experience and product improvement.
