BoostDraft operates as a fully remote team. We offer flexible working hours. Our core time is 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM Japan time. You can work from home or anywhere equivalent. Engineering at BoostDraft
BoostDraft takes an engineering-first approach. About 50-60% of our team consists of software engineers. They come from companies like Microsoft, IBM, and NTT. We build an IDE for documents. This involves solving challenging technical problems. You will tackle performance improvement, using partial and full analysis. Expect to synchronize user input with on-memory text. You will optimize cache efficiency for highlighting. We also work on security-preserving Natural Language Processing. Our tech stack includes C#, Rust, Python, and .NET. We also use SQLite, Amazon RDS, AWS CloudWatch, and GitHub Actions. You will work on cutting-edge solutions. These redefine legal tech.
