5-7+ years experience in understanding client business requirements, solution design, sales support, CX/UX, delivery within a technology environment. 3-5+ years of one or more of the following: Software Implementation Support, Technical Project Direction, Pre-sales Engineering. Significant cross-functional client delivery capabilities. Working understanding of multiple delivery methodologies (Agile/scrum, waterfall, iterative). Experience in loyalty marketing sector (preferred). Significant experience in retail, financial services, or T&H sector(s) (preferred). MarTech Experience (preferred). CX/UX Background (preferred).
