Proven experience in operations, business launch, or program management roles Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in fast-changing environments Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders Comfort with ambiguity and learning quickly on the job Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment Availability to work during US business hours

Collaborate with an Account Executive to take qualified leads from interest to live pilots Build and manage onboarding workflows for new business line clients Operationalize pilot programs, ensuring consistent execution and customer experience Identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions for workflows and systems Track and report progress across pilot accounts to internal stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful pilot launches and transitions Set up automation tools and processes to streamline repetitive operational tasks Continuously iterate and improve based on client feedback and operational results
