Minimum of two years demonstrated experience with high volume staffing/recruiting MEDICAL and SALES professionals. Preference for candidates with Pharmaceutical/Med Device/Life Science Sales recruiting experience. Experience with strategic sourcing, creating talent pipelines, and high volume recruiting. Experience using Ultimate HR or other applicable Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a passive sourcing tool. Excellent follow through, sense of urgency, ability to work independently. Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Adaptable and flexible to change, with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects. Demonstrated strong customer-facing skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Applicant Tracking Systems knowledge.
