Requirements:
10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or optical/eye care industry. Eyecare experience is a requirement Undergraduate degree Proven track record of managing sales teams and meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market. Strong understanding of the eye care industry and/or practice management is a requirement Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and technology  teams to ensure alignment in strategy and messaging. Willingness to travel for conferences, meetings, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and outreach to closing new doctor sign-ups for the ContactsPortal platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with independent practices, multi-office groups, alliances, and corporate entities. Manage and support a growing network of outside sales representatives; set goals, provide training, and track performance. Identify new sales forces to partner with to drive new sign ups. Ensure newly onboarded offices have a smooth and successful implementation experience; work cross-functionally to support new features,  retention and satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and geographies. Represent ContactsPortal at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our solution and generate leads. Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials, campaigns, and outreach strategies tailored to specific customer segments. Continuously analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine the sales strategy and improve results.
