Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and outreach to closing new doctor sign-ups for the ContactsPortal platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with independent practices, multi-office groups, alliances, and corporate entities. Manage and support a growing network of outside sales representatives; set goals, provide training, and track performance. Identify new sales forces to partner with to drive new sign ups. Ensure newly onboarded offices have a smooth and successful implementation experience; work cross-functionally to support new features, retention and satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and geographies. Represent ContactsPortal at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our solution and generate leads. Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials, campaigns, and outreach strategies tailored to specific customer segments. Continuously analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine the sales strategy and improve results.
