Completed degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, or comparable education Several years of professional experience with purchasing planning software / ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 or 365) consulting or a comparable position with a focus on planning Experience in capturing requirements and technical conception Project management experience, familiarity with agile project methods, and the corresponding mindset Analytical and process-oriented thinking Fluent German and English skills Team player and communicator

Responsible for applications of the 'Purchasing' customer Interface to service providers/development teams Responsible for digital products of planners with a focus on o9 (AI-supported purchasing software) and Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Drive automation projects Manage backlog and understand product details Advise customers on technical requirements Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders Formulate requirements as user stories and implement them with the development team or external service providers Prioritize and decide on the development of new features and processes Oversee economic viability of product development Find pragmatic solutions for obstacles Undertake project management tasks to ensure smooth project flow
