Develop and execute the vision for Remote’s organic social media program, leveraging data and insights to engage and grow our audience Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key social media channels Master Remote’s brand voice and use it to create consistent, compelling content that drives engagement across platforms Plan and manage the publishing calendar, including internally sourcing or creating multimedia assets Track, measure, and report on social performance regularly, using insights to inform content decisions and optimize engagement Stay on top of social trends and cultural moments, actively listening to conversations and identifying timely opportunities for Remote to show up Support employee and executive social advocacy, helping internal voices amplify key messages and build personal thought leadership Regularly assess and evolve our social strategy, ensuring we’re making the most of internal resources, cross-functional collaboration, and new opportunities
