Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience OR 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering role. Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Hands-on experience with web servers, firewalls, and load balancers. Understanding of basic networking, SSL/TLS, PKI, or web infrastructure concepts. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong team player mentality. Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts. Comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and account management. Ability to interface with diverse clients including administrators and C-level executives. Eager to learn new technologies. Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and problem resolution abilities. English language proficiency required.
Responsibilities:
Support sales teams with technical input, project coordination, and customer management. Participate in technical demos and presentations for prospects. Assist in planning and implementing Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts. Provide first-level technical support during sales engagements. Assist with sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs. Collect and communicate customer feedback to Product Management. Collaborate with Sales Engineers on projects with channel partners or alliances. Contribute to team culture and participate in enablement activities. Perform solution research and competitive analysis. Set up and maintain demo environments. Prepare customized demo content and scripts. Shadow senior SEs during technical discovery and implementation calls. Document repeatable solutions and internal knowledge. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.
