Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience OR 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering role. Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Hands-on experience with web servers, firewalls, and load balancers. Understanding of basic networking, SSL/TLS, PKI, or web infrastructure concepts. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong team player mentality. Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts. Comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and account management. Ability to interface with diverse clients including administrators and C-level executives. Eager to learn new technologies.
