Provide HR Generalist guidance on employment law, compliance, and policy, especially for U.S. teams. Coach managers on people challenges, development planning, and feedback. Lead the execution and improvement of learning programs (manager enablement, onboarding, high-potential development). Facilitate talent review cycles. Deliver and curate workshops, toolkits, and resources for growth. Co-create and deliver culture storytelling and recognition. Contribute content for internal/external platforms. Lead engagement action planning via Culture Amp. Leverage data to inform strategies, track progress, and identify needs. Support dashboards and reporting with People Analytics.
