Requirements:
8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or technology). Proven experience in Enterprise Sales with a diverse customer base (developers to government organizations). Successful development and implementation of sales strategies. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with resellers and integrators. Analyze market signals and influence pricing, positioning, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. Optimize GTM strategy based on customer and market data, including resource allocation and geographic focus. Lead and improve the end-to-end sales process, including automation, material creation, and team development. Coordinate the entire sales customer experience. Lead the Customer Success Team, identifying upsell potential and additional use cases. Plan and allocate resources for upsell and renewal priorities. Measure and optimize sales processes daily. Manage the entire sales pipeline and test new sales tactics. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide tailored Enterprise solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients with in-depth product knowledge. Represent the company at industry events. Coach and mentor the team with practical support and weekly guidance.
