Contribute to operation and administration of Esri Canada’s National Training program including ongoing business requirements, policies, procedures, best practices and assisting with monthly forecasting and analysis. Monitor and ensure the consistent delivery of all training projects, adhering to Esri Canada policies and best practice guidelines. Assist with the open enrollment training schedule Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify client requirements, assess project scope, determine timelines, resourcing, budget and deliverable schedules. Monitor training projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and resolution of any issues or conflicts with clients in a timely and professional manner. Strengthen Esri Canada’s training business by providing proactive client interaction through various customer input mechanisms to facilitate new training sales. Work collaboratively with Regional Sales teams on training related initiatives to ensure impactful and accurate training recommendations as well as sales quotes and invoicing. Collaborate with Esri Canada Marketing Team to ensure the training website is maintained with a high level of accuracy and facilitate a positive client experience. Order Esri certification exam vouchers on behalf of Esri Canada staff to support employee development. Create various reports to assist groups and individuals in support of training related initiatives (Learnsmarter/Salesforce, SAP). Manage all aspects of course administration within Learnsmarter/Salesforce to facilitate accurate registration processing, invoicing and revenue recognition. Assist Accounting with month end reconciliation in adherence to established business processes ensuring accurate cost accruals and revenue recognition. Obtain all training materials from Esri Inc and configure to adhere to Esri Canada policies for online and in-class delivery.
