Requirements:
7+ Years of Experience Required in the Beauty Industry Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required. Strong computer skills. Experience in Sephora, Nordstrom and Ulta environment. Great time management skills to complete reports and paperwork. Able to be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand. Able to motivate others and work as part of a team. Able to manage others effectively. Able to travel within the territory. Able to meet flexible working hours. Able to work remotely. Able to meet physical requirements of standing, walking, moving for min. of 4 to 6 hours daily. Able to meet travel requirements - Position requires heavy traveling and driving to stores. Proven Project Management Skills Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset Strong passion for the beauty industry Out-of-the-box thinking with a Sky’s the Limit mentality
Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales and Education Account Executives and sales specialists. Achieve sales goals in assigned Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom stores. Plan and execute strategies to drive business and brand awareness via innovative events and edutainment. Conduct in-store trainings in line with respective retailers' Brand expectations. Establish and develop strong relationships with retail partners at store level. Handle in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories. Lead strong partnership with retail partners by providing service and support. Recruit, direct, and evaluate Selling Specialists, and manage selling specialist budgets. Ensure Fresh merchandising standards are met in stores. Work with store leadership for visual placement and stock management. Develop and manage SECs to ensure territory growth and business objectives. Maintain regular call cycle to stores and manage schedule and travel.
