Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales and Education Account Executives and sales specialists. Achieve sales goals in assigned Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom stores. Plan and execute strategies to drive business and brand awareness via innovative events and edutainment. Conduct in-store trainings in line with respective retailers' Brand expectations. Establish and develop strong relationships with retail partners at store level. Handle in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories. Lead strong partnership with retail partners by providing service and support. Recruit, direct, and evaluate Selling Specialists, and manage selling specialist budgets. Ensure Fresh merchandising standards are met in stores. Work with store leadership for visual placement and stock management. Develop and manage SECs to ensure territory growth and business objectives. Maintain regular call cycle to stores and manage schedule and travel.
