Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar Business Development Manager role within a SaaS organization, with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and consistently hitting sales targets
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Economics or similar
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of the HR Technology landscape, particularly as it relates to diversity and inclusion
  • Demonstrated passion for customer excellence
  • Proficient in CRM
  • Experience of researching and profiling whitespace and creating account maps
  • Understanding of SaaS sales strategies and associated metrics
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quota targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Participate in our lead management program to qualify leads and fill your pipeline.;
  • Use MEDDPICC to help qualify your leads and ensure a successful sales campaign.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of products.
  • Engage with marketing and product initiatives, using companywide resources to optimize successful engagement with new opportunities.
  • Ensure your opportunities are up to date and reflect all the activities you’ve completed and plan to complete to ensure success and communicate with the senior leadership team.
  • Maintain and prioritize your workload to move opportunities through the pipe with high velocity.
  • Manage pipeline to required pipeline metrics and reporting requirements including:
  • ○ Follow up on MQLs and all leads within a maximum 24-business hour time window
  • ○ Forecast accuracy: Maintain an accurate forecast with weekly reviews.
  • ○ Build pipeline coverage as a minimum in line with quarterly pipeline coverage targets
  • ○ Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the senior management as required
  • For newly won customers, follow the hand-over process to account management ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously work to build a world class SaaS organization through a focus on productivity and aligning the organization structures and targets around tracking and delivering world class SaaS metrics including Annual Recurring Revenue Growth %, Average Revenue Per Account and number of new logo accounts.
  • Identify training, development & skills needs and regularly checking in on development plan progress.
