Requirements:
Experience in managing governance policies and procedures Experience writing, reviewing, and aligning business process and policy documentation Strong foundation in project management, coordination, and facilitation Good awareness of the latest supply chain practices (supplier risk management, technology, ESG) Developing a detailed knowledge of our Supply Chain systems Structured and diligent approach to reviewing current practices, identifying improvements, and streamlining processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong IT skills, with at least an intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting capabilities
Responsibilities:
Developing, maintaining, and improving key Supply Chain policies, processes, and supporting tools Providing guidance on process use and system adoption Tracking and implementing improvement actions, using Lean principles Managing and overseeing a common governance framework Producing reports on governance and process improvements Leading Supply Chain improvement projects Keeping appraised of any upcoming changes in the industry, regulation or legislation landscape Managing a Supply Chain Governance Forum Representing Corporate & Customers Supply Chain in risk and compliance forums Organising and delivering training for the Supply Chain team Overseeing the offshore support team
