  • Serve as a fractional VP of Sales for clients who purchase our Growth Partner package, implementing customized sales strategies to meet their revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain strategic alliances with trade associations, chambers of commerce, and other networks to drive lead generation and expand the client base.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to client sales teams, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, demonstrating success and ROI for clients through lead generation, conversion rates, and sales growth.
