Responsibilities:
Impact strategy and execution for general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives. Work independently on projects through the full life cycle, overseeing clinical, operational, and technology aspects. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. Establish program governance structures and processes. Monitor and report on program progress, status, and performance. Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders. Continuously identify and mitigate program risks and issues. Facilitate program-related meetings and workshops. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Bring a continuous improvement mindset to operations. Anticipate issues, propose solutions, manage dependencies, and identify tool/process improvements. Collaborate with and steer internal teams, including Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations.
