Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6+ years of product marketing experience at a video game publisher or developer in console, PC, and/or mobile.
  • Experience in gaming live-operations and games as a service (GaaS), including player segmentation, marketing analytics, lifecycle management, and CRM.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as key team member in planning the development and execution of our global marketing plans to support growth in awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention for our upcoming release of Splitgate 2.
  • Assisting in the management of our CRM and customer segmentation tools to retain and retarget our player base through fan communications and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Analyze and monitor our key performance metrics and data for our campaigns and activations to optimize our media and ensure the efficacy of our spends.
  • Kick off and manage the development of high quality brand marketing assets for storefronts, game events, social assets, and gameplay trailers.
  • Post-launch, direct the execution of our always-on marketing and seasonal content releases across multiple customer segments and profiles, targeting lapsed gamers and identifying audience growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across graphic design, video editing, social, community, and analytics, as well as with partner agencies.
  • Work closely with first parties (Sony, Microsoft, Steam, Epic) on their partner marketing toolsets and co-marketing opportunities.
