High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred. Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required. 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required. Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry. Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and market analysis skills. Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently. Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively. Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies. Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements. Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards. Review and process applications in a timely manner. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and connect with potential candidates. Implement candidate attraction strategies to cultivate talent communities. Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and networking. Conduct and present market research on industry trends and talent availability. Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups. Promote the employer brand to potential candidates. Ensure accurate ATS records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities. Stay updated with industry best practices and sourcing tools. Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds. Identify areas for process improvement in talent sourcing.
