Requirements:
10+ years of demonstrated successful software sales. Proven experience identifying and closing seven-figure contracts. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Proven history of over-quota achievement. Prefer experience selling in the construction industry, particularly to top ENR segment. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute target account strategy for top global strategic accounts. Identify, engage, and qualify prospects, tracking activity in Salesforce. Negotiate business terms and contracts with executives. Sell to multiple stakeholders and close business with new accounts. Expand revenue within designated customer accounts to achieve quotas. Provide sales forecasting and account plans to sales leadership. Identify product improvements by staying current on customer needs and market trends.
