Hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving market development activities. Administer and implement individual business plans for each territory, monitoring and analyzing business strategies for growth. Oversee and improve marketing activities, providing recommendations aligned with business goals. Manage relationships with partners, vendors, suppliers, and KOLs. Train and guide clinical staff on the use of products and solutions. Monitor international business transactions and proactively address challenges. Report on and analyze competitors' activities and pricing strategies. Design pricing strategies aligned with customer budgets. Coordinate with the management team, maintain budgets, and participate in team conferences. Evaluate market trends and support product introduction plans.
