- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in German.
- Assist customers with product related questions, account inquiries, and technical support.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by effectively addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
