- Effectively resolve customer complaints and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in customer service processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
